We started at the Colborne centre. It was a fine day. We proceeded slowly to Scotsdale Farm (Lots of construction). The Hike started at Bennett Heritage trail then reconnected with the Main trail leading to the Great Esker Side trail.
Just before entering the side trail we encountered the Pathfinders 9:00 hiking group.
We completed the loop proceeded onto the Main trail then took the road to the start of the Quarry Side trail. We completed that side trail encountering a group of young students from Upper Canada College who were doing some Geocaching.
After completing the Quarry side trail we connected with the Roberts Side trail and finished up having lunch at the junction of the Roberts and Quarry Side trails. We once again met the 9:00 group about to complete their hike. We then proceeded back to the Bennett side trail connecting with the Maureen Smith Side trail and finished back at the one car we had brought. It turned out to be a fine day and a lovely hike.
